Discontinue using butter on your rolls or popcorn. Develop polite ways to say no when a friend or relative tries to offer you second servings.

Use more fat free soy products for the soy protein and health benefits. Excuse yourself when you slip and make the subsequent food choice a healthy one.

As long as you live with these weight loss tips you should lose weight. Start with a couple or more and keep adding the remainder of these tips to your daily life and don't quit.
